Our Summer Strength Program's main goal is to promote what happens on the field not take away from your play. Major gains in positional strength, range of motion, speed, arm health and body composition can definitely be developed while you are playing.
SUMMER 14 & UNDER STRENGTH PROGRAM
Emphasizing strength, agility, and mobility, we will be working towards creating a biomechanically correct base that is essential for athletic growth.
Strength and Agility Training (Monday and Wednesday 12:30pm to 1:30pm, Saturday 10:00am-11:00am)
Athlete Yoga (Friday 8:00am-9:00am)
$200 Covers June 1st-August 12th
