Our Summer Strength Program's main goal is to promote what happens on the field not take away from your play. Major gains in positional strength, range of motion, speed, arm health and body composition can definitely be developed while you are playing.
SUMMER HALF PROGRAM (Skills Only)
This program is designed for high school and college athletes that only require baseball specific skill training.
Skills Practice (11:00am-12:30pm Tuesday and Thursday)
Yoga (Friday 8:00am-9:00am)
Open Gym Times (Friday 9:00am-12:00pm, Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-1:00pm)
