MacStrength maximizes baseball specific skills by molding the most athletic version of each individual. We attack the functional movement patterns of baseball through specialized and skill specific training. By strength training alongside our throwing, hitting, and speed programs, our players grow exponentially due to the transfer of muscle movement from the weight room to real time drills.
We have training available for all age groups, from 8-18 and beyond. Our goal is inclusion over exclusion; athletes of all levels are welcome! We believe in showing our athletes more personal attention and we always focus intensely on athletic development.
