5 One-on-One Lessons with Mac ($375 Value)

Recruiting Guidance (Value of $100 per month)

We will help you through the steps it takes to market yourself and be seen by college coaches. If you're already on your way to college, we will continue to assist with communications and college preparations, develop your strength, and prepare your game for summer and college fall ball.

Personal In-Season Strength Program (Value $200 per month)

Considering winter development and progress, a personal strength program will be developed that accommodates individual needs and in-season schedule. This will be provided if needed to the athletes that sign-up.

14U Baseball Training

Dates:

  • Start Date: March 19th

  • $275 (Billed Monthly, April 1st and May 1st)

  • Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

  • Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

  • Saturday 9:00am to 11:00am

Focus:

This is a uniquely crafted baseball specific practice that maximize our athletes development. Through analyzing the specific bio-mechanics movements needed to perform at a high level, MacStrength was able to create a program that, alongside our drills during practice, allows us to see huge advances in our athletes skill set.

14U Pitchers and Catchers Training

Dates:

  • Start Date: March 23rd

  • End Date: June 1st

Cost: 

  • $250 (billed monthly April 1st and May 1st)

  • $75 if already signed up for another program (billed monthly April 1st and May 1st)

Time:

  • Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm

Focus:

  • This program is designed to teach pitchers and catchers how to work together in game situations along with taking them through the necessary drills and progression we have built through out the winter. If you are new to the program don't worry, you will be right on track before you know it.

  • The catchers will first work through their progressions of receiving, transfers and blocking off the machine. while the pitchers rollout and stretch. After this both catchers and pitchers will go through a full throwers warm-up. After the warm-up we will get into bullpens, flat ground work, and towel drills. Once the pitchers and catchers have completed their work, the pitchers will finish with med ball work to develop the strength needed in their legs and core to maintain correct position through the throwing motion. Catchers will work on quick toss and go through a stretch routine that will open up their hips as they work towards greater range of motion and depth of strength.

  • Again it is important to note. This program is meant to compliment their progress along with their preparation for the season. Not to interfere.

14U Spring Full Program

The 14 and Under SPRING Full Program includes both baseball training and strength training, designed for young athletes who desire to take a holistic approach to their athletic development.  As you’re growing through the ages of 10 to 14 your body is changing fast and at many times movements and overall athleticism may feel uncomfortable.  We design this program to challenge you athletically and develop your body to stay comfortable and confident as your grow. 3 Baseball Skills Practices per week:

  • Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

2 Strength Sessions per week:

1 Speed and Quickness Session per week:

  • Arm care, strength and velocity (most of this is year round training required to improve the delivery required for the 14U athlete. They have the choice to not throw but this training is suggested to improve their overall arm health.)

  • Hitting (we always hit)

  • Defense footwork and glove training

Focus:

  • Our focus for the 14U Strength and Conditioning program will be to improve the athletes' strength, speed, agility, flexibility and body composition while emphasizing instruction of proper technique and body awareness within the specific biomechanics demands of their sport. 

  • Our goal will not be comparing these young athletes to each other but only to who they where yesterday. We will test for mobility and strength in functional movements. They also will not be lifting anything heavier than their bodyweight until they have reached a certain maturity and they have developed the proper muscle recruitment.  For some athletes, this can take some time. Many will not reach this level within this program, but they will have begun their development into more powerful and mature athletes. This is a good precursor to our full strength program.

14U Speed and Agility Camp

Dates:

  • $325 (one-time up front payment) (includes 11 sessions)

  • Friday 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Description:

  • Here at MacStrength we take a unique approach to agility and speed. We will be developing acceleration and explosiveness via sprinting, technique training, and strength work. We will be developing agility by building an environment for our athletes to solve problems and react to external stimulus to create movement solutions that are unique to them. We will not be running ladder drills, or teaching them “cookie cutter” mechanics. We will encourage our guys to discover their own athleticism.

14U Once a Week Program

Dates:

The Once A Week 14U Full Practice Camp is designed for young ball players who have too busy of a schedule to commit to a practice program.  We will accept anyone who shows up but will cap the number at 12 athletes. 

As your growing through the ages of 11 to 14 your body is changing fast and at many times movements and overall athleticism may feel uncomfortable.  We design this program to challenge you athletically and develop your baseball specific skills to stay comfortable and confident as your grow.  

14U Once a Week Program consists of:

  • Dynamic warm-up and speed development 20 to 30 minutes

  • Arm care, strength and velocity 15 to 20 minutes

  • Hitting (we always hit) 40 to 60 minutes

  • Defense footwork and glove training 20 to 30 minutes
