SUMMER STRENGTH PROGRAM

  • Focus on:

    • maximal strength and muscle growth

    • injury prevention, movement and technique

    • speed, agility and explosiveness

  • 4 Strength training sessions per week  (8:00am-9:30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • Yoga for Athletes (Friday 8:00am-9:00am)

  • Custom Programming catered to your individual needs

  • For athletes in high school, college or beyond!

Fee is $895 covering June 1-August 12.
