MacStrength Summer Speed Camp

MacStrength Summer Speed Camp is a 5 week training program designed to help athletes of ALL ages and ANY sport get that extra step on the competition! 3 days per week, athletes will train strength, speed, explosiveness, and agility to gain the advantage they are looking for in their sport. We all know speed kills. We can make you a killer.
