Aaron McEachran
Founder | Chairman | Head Baseball Coach
Aaron "Mac" McEachran founded MacStrength after a decade-plus playing career as a catcher and first baseman. A St. Louis Park, MN native, he played college baseball at the University of Northern Iowa, where he hit .352 over three seasons in the Missouri Valley Conference. The Toronto Blue Jays drafted him in the 18th round of the 2001 MLB Draft (541st overall), and he spent the next several years moving through affiliated and independent ball — including stops with Medicine Hat and Dunedin in the Blue Jays system, then with the Rockford RiverHawks, Calgary Vipers, Edmonton Cracker-Cats, and Winnipeg Goldeyes. He brings that pro experience to every level he coaches, from the youngest Grizzlies up through college and pro athletes who train at the facility in their offseason.
