Dr. Alex Twenge runs MacStrength's pitching development and serves as the bridge between training and rehab — he is the owner of Integrate Institute of Sports Performance, a sports chiropractic and physical therapy clinic with locations in Lakeville and Burnsville where many MacStrength athletes go for diagnosis, treatment, and return-to-play work. He is one of the first sports chiropractors in Minnesota to offer Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (EPAT). Alex co-hosts The Professional Amateurs Podcast with Zach Elder, and his pitchers have included Hunter VaDeer — the 2024–25 Gatorade Minnesota Baseball Player of the Year, who is now at Division I Creighton.
