Associate Director of Baseball Operations | Youth Baseball Coordinator

Brian "BK" Kelly handles operations on the baseball side of MacStrength and leads the youth baseball programming. He is responsible for the early-age pipeline — the camps, classes, and lessons that put young players on the long road toward Grizzlies, high school, and beyond. His role is the connective tissue between the membership program, private lessons, and the club teams, and he is the main day-to-day point of contact for many of the families running through the youth side of the facility.
