Luke Roskam

Director of Hitting Development | Catching Instructor

Luke Roskam grew up in Chaska, MN and played four years at the University of Nebraska (2017–2021), where he caught and played first base for the Cornhuskers. He earned First-Team All-Big Ten honors in 2021, helped Nebraska to the Big Ten Championship, made the NCAA All-Fayetteville Region team, and was a Big Ten All-Freshman Team selection back in 2017 — with multiple Academic All-Big Ten nods along the way. Since 2022 he has played pro ball with the Lincoln Saltdogs of the American Association; in 2023 he hit .294 with 14 home runs and 62 RBIs, and set a league record by reaching base in 45 consecutive games. He runs hitting development at MacStrength and works with catchers on the receiving and game-calling side.
