Matt Paulsen

Grizzlies Softball Director | Hitting Instructor | Catching Instructor

Matt Paulsen is a former minor league catcher who directs the Grizzlies Softball program and serves as a hitting and catching instructor across both the baseball and softball sides of the facility. His pro background behind the plate makes him a natural fit for catchers working on framing, footwork, and game-calling — and his hitting work draws on the same fundamentals he learned in pro ball. On the baseball side he also coaches Grizzlies club teams, with a long track record of moving players through the program.
