Who is Ryne McNary?

Ryne McNary grew up on a baseball field, immersed in the game from an early age. Named after three legendary MLB players—Ryne Sandberg, Brooks Robinson, and Satchel Paige—his passion for baseball shaped his journey as both a player and coach. He competed at the collegiate level as a pitcher for Fisher College in Boston. During his senior season, he posted a standout 1.90 ERA, ranking in the top 10 all-time for single-season reliever ERA at the school and tying the single-season appearances record as a reliever.

With over 13 years of coaching experience, Ryne is dedicated to developing complete athletes through a holistic training approach. By combining skill development, strength & conditioning, and mental performance training, he helps players maximize their potential on and off the field. As a part of MacStrength MN, Ryne is committed to guiding athletes through every aspect of their journey—from refining mechanics to building resilience and preparing for the next level.
