How does it work?

Step 1: Schedule a discovery call with a MacStrength Performance Coach. This call will allow us to learn more about your specific situation, goals, and needs.

Step 2: Sign up and complete an assessment either remotely or in person at HQ in Edina, MN.

Step 3: Get to work. Our online training program is a 365 day, year ‘round program that will cover everything you need, from strength programming, nutrition coaching, video analysis, and more. You will have the ability to text, email, and schedule calls with your coach every week to ask questions and update progress.
