Our membership is different. We believe in training and personal development as a lifestyle and an attitude, not just a one-and-done program.

Full Program Membership

The Full Program membership is designed for athletes ages 14-18. Athletes receive a personalized, year-round development plan, built to elevate performance through:

  • Advanced Strength Training Program designed around our 6 pillars of performance: Speed, Power, Mobility, Balance, Coordination, and Strength.

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Organized arm care and velocity development plan

  • Online Recruiting Profile

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Psychology coaching:

    • Goal Setting

    • Visualization

    • Self-Talk

  • Performance Nutrition Counseling including weight and body composition goal setting and guidance

  • Assessments to track Key Performance Indicators:

    • Hard Hit Average

    • Max Exit Velocity

    • Avg Exit Velocity

    • Max Throwing Velocity

    • Strength Index

    • Bodyweight to Height Ratio

The Full Program is a seasonally adjusted membership that provides consistent development

  • October 15th-March 15th: Offseason

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

  • March 15th-June10th: Inseason

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

    • Unlimited Open Strength Training

    • 2 Free Private Lessons

    • In-season strength program, delivered on the MacStrength App

  • June 10th-Aug 15th: Summer

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

  • Aug 15th-October 15th: Fall

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

We also offer a Half Program membership, great for athletes balancing other sports or activities

Youth Training 8u-12u

Our youth flex pass offers 8u-12u players the flexibility to train when their schedule allows. We currently have training sessions on:

Monday: 6:00-7:15pm

Tuesday: 3:15-4:30pm

Friday: 3:45-5:00

Packages are available to purchase in 5, 10, and 20 session increments.
