Summer and Winter College Training

MacStrength has been the home for College athletes looking to take the next step in their game since 2014. The summer collegiate program is for both Pitchers and Hitters, and custom durations are available around summer ball. Apply below to set up a custom development plan.

College Hitters Program:

  • Advanced Strength Training Program designed around our 6 pillars of performance: Speed, Power, Mobility, Balance, Coordination, and Strength.

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Organized arm care and velocity development plan

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Psychology coaching:

    • Goal Setting

    • Visualization

    • Neural Tone Manipulation

  • Performance Nutrition Counseling including bodyweight and body composition goal setting and guidance

  • Assessments to track KPIs including:

High School Baseball Preseason Training

At MacStrength, we pride ourselves on supporting multi-sport athletes. Winter sport athletes need to get prepared for the baseball season too. We are proud to present the preseason prep program on Sundays for those athletes.

2024 Preseason Program:

Cost: $385

  • 8 weeks, 1/21-3/17 (OFF on 2/11)

  • 4:00pm-6:00pm

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Hit Trax Assessments to track KPIs including:

    • HHA

    • LD %

    • Avg LA

    • Max Exit Velocity

    • Avg Exit Velocity

Summer Youth Baseball Training Programs

The summer youth training programs are for athletes ages 11-14 to hone their skills and performance over the summer months.

Youth Summer Full Program

2023: June 12th- August 12th

$950 OR 2 payments of $475

  • This program includes two strength training sessions and two baseball training sessions each week on Tuesday/Thursday.

  • Advanced Strength Training Program designed around our 6 pillars of performance: Speed, Power, Mobility, Balance, Coordination, and Strength.

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Organized arm care and velocity development plan

  • Glove work and defensive practice

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Psychology coaching:

    • Goal Setting

    • Visualization

    • Self-Talk

  • Performance Nutrition Counseling

  • Assessments to track KPIs including:

Youth Summer Half Program

$700 OR 2 payments of $350
