Why we Love Softball

In a nutshell, because it is fun. It is fun to create unique memories with teammates, coaches, and opponents. It is fun to see the results of hard work pay off on the field. It is fun to strive for excellence. It is fun to feel the confidence that comes from setting goals, striving to attain them, and then pushing them out to places that previously seemed impossible. It is fun to compete. We believe fun is earned.

Our Culture

Culture is everything. Everyone within the Grizzlies organization works to protect and nurture it. The environment we create is athlete centered. It is a place where our athletes can learn to take responsibility for their own development, become leaders, and be allowed to make the mistakes that will sharpen their problem-solving skills on and off the field.

Our Philosophy

Bullets and Bombs. We focus on becoming stronger, moving faster, and being better problem solvers. Our athletes learn to maximize arm strength and drive balls to the outfield all while sharpening their softball IQ.
